You still have functions.php included in the Zip file. This as least for me caused the Header to not display correctly. For Some reason functions.php overrides anything else. As a touble shooting point if the header does not display correctly try renaming functions.php to something else if you are having issues with the header not displaying correctly. Hi Dan
