As per our conversation the other day. You still have functions.php included in the Zip file. This as least for me caused the Header to not display correctly. For Some reason functions.php overrides anything else. As a touble shooting point if the header does not display correctly try renaming functions.php to something else if you are having issues with the header not displaying correctly.</description>
