It seems that the themes.wordpress.net site is no longer up and therefore the download I used for the Halloween theme is not available. I have submitted the theme to the new theme directory and it will probably be a few days until it is approved and available.
I apologize for any inconvience that this may cause anyone but once the theme is approved it should be smooth sailing from there.
We have upgraded WordPress to the latest 2.6 version and have tested the Halloween theme to make sure that it is compatible. Everything seems to be looking good so if you come across any issue let me know.

I have upgraded this site to WordPress 2.1 and checked out the Halloween Theme throughly and everything is looking good.

This is the initial release of the Halloween WordPress Theme.
It is a dark colored Halloween and fall theme that I think you may find enjoyable.
The Halloween theme also has WordPress Widget support.
