Halloween Theme

The Halloween WordPress Theme has been updated to version 1.4 and is now available for download on the official WordPress.org Theme Directory.

Updates in the 1.4 version include:

• Verified to work with WordPress 2.62
• Added support for Tags
• Added support for native WordPress Photo Galleries

It can be downloaded from the WordPress.org Theme Directory here.

As you can see this post has tags associated with it along with a sample photo gallery.

It seems that the themes.wordpress.net site is no longer up and therefore the download I used for the Halloween theme is not available. I have submitted the theme to the new theme directory and it will probably be a few days until it is approved and available.

I apologize for any inconvience that this may cause anyone but once the theme is approved it should be smooth sailing from there.

We have upgraded WordPress to the latest 2.6 version and have tested the Halloween theme to make sure that it is compatible. Everything seems to be looking good so if you come across any issue let me know.

I have upgraded this site to WordPress 2.1 and checked out the Halloween Theme throughly and everything is looking good.

WordPress 2.1 can be downloaded from wordpress.org/download/ and the Halloween Theme can be downloaded here.

I have done a minor update to the Halloween WordPress theme.

These updates include:

• Fixed “Home” link in sidebar to go to the home page of the blog instead of the root of the domain
• Changed the link color on pages to match the color on the index and single posts pages

This is the initial release of the Halloween WordPress Theme.

It is a dark colored Halloween and fall theme that I think you may find enjoyable.

The Halloween theme also has WordPress Widget support.
